The Days Inn at Lexington Park (Closest and Best - Recommended by Capt. Jim)
Conveniently located at the Main Gate of the Pax River Naval Station about 15 minutes from the wharf at Drury's Marina. It is also stumbling distance to good Bars and Restaurants in Lexington Park. Jim. The overnight rate for our customers is $36.00 from 11/1/06 through 3/31/07 which is a super great deal for this oceanfront hotel.

This one costs $49.00 for singles and $55.00 for doubles. You have to tell them you are fishing with Capt. Jim to get these rates and sometimes they try to jack you around on the rates. The good part is that it's a nice hotel and you can leave your car at the Econo Lodge and walk with no DWI risk. VA Beach is extremely tough on drinking and driving. So, Econo Lodge is about double the cost of Days Inn and Colonial Inn, but about 10 miles closer to the boat with zero risk if you are drinking. It's also stumbling distance from the world famous Guadalajara's, right next to Cabo's Night Club, and local favorites Smokehouse Grill, and CP Shuckers Raw Bar!The Schooner Inn (Fisherman's Rates)
